2. Educational purpose

The App is a practice and revision tool for Bihar Board Class 10 students. Content is for learning support only. It is not an official BSEB publication and does not guarantee exam results.

3. License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your Android device for personal study. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or misuse the App or its content.

4. User responsibilities

• Use the App lawfully and respectfully
• Do not attempt to disrupt servers, ads, or content delivery
• Verify important academic information with official board sources when needed

5. Ads & free access

The App is free and may display advertisements. Ad availability does not change our ownership of the App. Do not interfere with ad serving.

6. Content accuracy

We aim for useful, accurate practice content, but mistakes can happen. Syllabus and paper patterns may change. Always cross-check with official Bihar Board materials for final preparation.

7. Third-party links & PDFs

Previous year papers and external links may come from third-party sources. We are not responsible for third-party sites or their availability.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or that the App will meet every learning need.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PubNexus Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including exam outcomes.

10. Termination

We may suspend or stop providing the App or features at any time. You may stop using the App by uninstalling it.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
