This Privacy Policy explains how PubNexus Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the Bihar Board 10th MCQ Android application (“App”).
2. About the App
Bihar Board 10th MCQ is an educational practice app for Bihar Board Class 10 (Matric) students. It provides chapter MCQs, mock tests, previous year PDF papers, Read & Learn mode, bookmarks, mistake review, reminders, and progress tracking.
The App does not require creating an account with PubNexus Labs.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Data stored on your device
To provide study features, the App stores data locally, which may include:
- Display name / student name you enter
- Anonymous device identifier used for the optional online leaderboard
- Preferences (theme, language, daily goal, quiz settings, reminder times)
- Study progress (attempts, scores, streaks, chapter progress, continue learning)
- Bookmarks and mistake notebook entries
- Cached PDF files downloaded for offline viewing
This information stays on your device unless you clear app data or uninstall. Leaderboard sync sends only a display name, anonymous device id, and scores to our Cloudflare-hosted API.
3.2 Third-party services
The free App may show ads (app open, interstitial, native, rewarded) from Google AdMob. AdMob may process advertising identifiers, device/network information, and ad interaction data according to Google’s policies.
Ads help keep the App free. Ad serving, measurement, and any personalization are handled by Google AdMob under Google’s terms and privacy policies.
Previous year PDF files may be downloaded from our content CDN when you open a paper. Standard network request data (such as IP address) may be processed by the hosting provider.
Quiz/mock scores may sync to our Workers/D1 leaderboard service using an anonymous device id and display name so you can see global rankings.
4. Permissions

5. How We Use Information

We do not sell your personal information.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. Limited data may be processed by Google AdMob for ads, by CDN providers for PDF delivery, or when required by law.
7. Retention & Deletion
Local data remains until you clear it in the App (for example Reset Progress / Clear Cache) or via Android Settings → Apps → Bihar Board 10th MCQ → Storage → Clear data, or by uninstalling.

8. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at RitikRaushan112007@gmail.com so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated Policy.
