1. How to request deletion

1. Email us at RitikRaushan112007@gmail.com
2. Use subject line: Data deletion request – Bihar Board 10th MCQ
3. Include:
   • App name: Bihar Board 10th MCQ
   • The display / student name used in the app (if any)
   • Approximate dates you used the app
   • Any other detail that helps us find your leaderboard entry
4. We will confirm and process your request.

2. Delete data yourself on your device (fastest)

Most study data stays only on your phone. You can remove it anytime:

• In-app: Settings → Reset progress and/or Clear cache
• Android: Settings → Apps → Bihar Board 10th MCQ → Storage → Clear data
• Or uninstall the app

This deletes local preferences, progress, bookmarks, mistakes, and cached PDFs on that device.

3. What we delete when you email us

• Online leaderboard records linked to your anonymous device id / display name (scores, name on leaderboard)
• Any support emails you sent that contain personal details you ask us to remove

We aim to complete server-side deletion within 30 days of a valid request.

4. What may be kept

• Google AdMob: Ad-related data is processed by Google under Google’s policies. We cannot delete AdMob’s advertising identifiers from Google’s systems; manage ads/privacy in your device Google settings.
• Legal / security logs: Limited records may be retained if required by law or to prevent abuse/fraud.
• Aggregated analytics: Non-identifying aggregated stats (if any) that cannot reasonably identify you.
